Workplace

The surfing school is located at one of the most bustling beaches in Maitencillo, about 160 km northwest of Santiago. The popular resort has excellent restaurants and offers numerous water sport activities. Chilean and international visitors take surfing lessons in the surfing school where they can also rent, buy or repair equipment. It is also possible to participate in one of the surfing trips to other nearby beaches. During the high season the school is run by up to twenty employees.

Your Responsibilities

You support the team in customer service and administrative tasks and are responsible for cleaning the equipment. In addition you will help during other organize surfing trips.

Your Requirements

  • Age between 18 and 35 years
  • Good English skills, basic Spanish skills and one additional language
  • Driver’s license category B
  • Experience or ideally studies related to tourism, marketing or sports
  • Knowledge in first aid
  • Surf experience not obligatory but of course favorable
  • Immediate availability for ideally 2 to 3 months
