Learn Spanish in Santiago de Chile
Santiago is one of the few metropolises in the world where you can ask yourself: “Should I go to the beach today and ski tomorrow, or vice versa?” It takes the same amount of time to reach amazing beaches on the Pacific coast as it does to reach the breathtaking ski slopes in the Andes.
Learn Spanish in Valparaíso
Located right on the Pacific coast, Valparaíso is about a 90-minute car ride from Chile’s capital. With around 300,000 inhabitants, it is much smaller than Santiago de Chile, which has almost 7 million residents. However, Chileans know Valparaíso as being the “cultural capital” of Chile.

Viña del Mar is located to the northwest of Santiago and has about 300,000 inhabitants, making it the fourth largest city in Chile. The city is famous for its palmlined, picturesque bays and sandy beaches. Thousands of national and international tourists are attracted to Viña del Mar all year round because of its glamorous beach flair.

Pichilemu is located 3.5 hours southeast from Chile's capital, Santiago de Chile. Although the town is known for its deep huaso (cowboy) culture, it is most famous for its spectacular beaches that feature ideal waves for both beginner and advanced surfers.

The small town of Pucón is located about 800 kilometers (500 miles) south of Chile’s capital, Santiago. Pucón is known as “The Gate to Patagonia”, and is one of the touristic hotspots of Chile. Situated by the lovely Lake Villarrica, Pucón is a very popular destination for both national and international travelers.

Iquique is a lovely beach-front town in the north of Chile. It is very famous for its sandy white beaches and the cristal blue water of the Pacifc Ocean. Iquique has about 200,000 inhabitants and is called "the Miami beach of Chile" from the locals. The city offers many water sport activities and the driest desert on earth can be explored in the surroundings of Iquique.
